Hi, nice to meet you.
I am a Senior AI/ML Scientist at PromptBio, working on building a multi-agent platform to automate bioinformatics analysis and accelerate biological discoveries (AI4Scientist).
Previously, I completed Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics from UCLA in 2024 under the supervision of Prof. Matteo Pellegrini. During my Ph.D., I also pursued a Master’s degree in Statistics under the guidance of Prof. Jingyi Jessica Li. Before graduate school, I was a research intern at UT Southwestern Medical Center, working with Prof. Tao Wang. My undergraduate training was in Biological Science and Computer Science.
